Yes, in addition to shipping across Canada, we also offer world-wide shipping for our international customers. Shipping within Canada is free on all orders over 50 dollars.

Once you have ordered a product,a you will receive an order confirmation email with information pertaining to the shipment of your product. You will be able to use the tracking number provided in this email to view the status of your order using the respective mailing service’s website.
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so prior to the order shipping. Once the order has been shipped, kindly wait for it to arrive and begin the outlined refund or exchange process.
Once you receive your item you will have 30 days to request a return. To request a return, please email us at email@example.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send instructions on the shipping process for the return. We will not accept items sent back with out an approved return request. Packages being shipped within the province of Ontario are expected to arrive 2-3 business days after ordering. For packages being shipped within Canada, expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. Each of our products has an individual warranty determined by the manufacturer. 3W does not provide additional warranties on top of the manufacturer warranty.
After you have completed the steps for requesting a return on a product (see How can I return a product) we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund request is approved, you will automatically refunded on your original method of payment. Please allow time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
The minimum period available for products is item-specific. Items with such limitations will have the minimum rental period listed in the description. All products have a rent-to-buy option. More information on our rent-to-buy option and rental periods can be found on our rental services page.
Yes, contact a representative from 3W at firstname.lastname@example.org with the information of the product you are interested in. We will special order the product for you, and can deliver it to your home or you may pick it up at our Mississauga location.
Yes. 3W guarantees we will match the lowest advertised price of our competitors. If you find an in-stock items with the identical brand, size, make, and model number offered for a lower price by one of our competitors (including shipping and handling fees) we will match their price (or beat it?)
